Recruitment is a huge part of the year for our fraternity.
The purpose of recruitment among our fraternity is to recruit individuals who we feel are quality men to rush our fraternity.
Most of our recruiting events are held during the beginning months of the semester. During the recruitment process, our fraternity holds events such as bowling, meet the men, and sometimes other social events with other fraternities and sororities. These are especially important because it allows the individuals that are interested in rushing our fraternity meet the actives and get a better perspective of what exactly it means to me a Gentleman of Omega Delta Phi.
